    yoga for every body (and everybody from beginning students on up) A perfect class for anyone that has never done yoga, or for the seasoned yogi that wants to deepen their practice. this class fine-tunes the basic poses that leads to a safe yoga practice. All of our teachers are knowledgeable and will work with your injuries, limitations, and coordination.

    Crank it up a full notch, as you embark on this sweaty, music-filled journey that takes you right to your edge. Steady flow, rockin’ music…an exhilarating challenge from the inside out! Recommended for students with an active life style and/or previous yoga experience.

    wake up dog
    Fun, energizing morning class to wake you up and get your flow on, in a succinct 60-minute format that will invigorate the rest of your day.

    power vinyasa flow
    A strong class that links poses together in a safe yet effective way. Every pose and transition are instructed in a clear manner making this class appropriate for all levels. There is an emphasis on breathing and core work so be prepared to get a little sweaty!

  • Cycling


    Indoor cycling burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that gets the heart rate going. It also tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and outer thigh muscles like nobody's business! Because you stay in one place with the same basic movement throughout, indoor cycling doesn't involve a lot of coordination; it's easier to concentrate on your form than in other types of aerobic classes. And although you follow the general instructions of the teacher, you are in control when it comes to your pace. You can finish a cycling class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the resistance knob on the bike. Our bikes are Schwinn Evolutions and are SPD/LOOK compatible.
